Absolute necessity leading to Absolutely Invincible Entrepreneurs

Now, the most important thing, before training your Subconscious Mind in terms of an Entrepreneur, it is really necessary to understand what your mind exactly wants you to do. I repeat what I had said in my previous article. “All fingers of a hand are not the same”. A monkey cannot hunt on land like a lion and a lion cannot climb trees like a monkey. Similarly, do not decide to become an Entrepreneur because Sharma Ji ka beta is a successful entrepreneur and you want to prove the society that you are a better Entrepreneur. No, never ever adopt this mentality. Such a mentality has always been the root cause of disastrous failures, which could have been successful if the real wish of mind was followed. So, no need to prove yourself to seek any xyz validation from any Sharma, Verma, Gupta or Pandey or any Tom, Dick or Harry in this society. Just follow what you genuinely want to do, design your Subconscious Mind accordingly and create miracles.

Now, there are certain traits possessed by human beings which actually make them realize that their mind actually wants them to become an Entrepreneur. Some of the most important traits possessed by an entrepreneurial mind which is the absolute necessity leading to absolutely invincible entrepreneurs are: 

1. People with a mind for entrepreneurial skills do not work to live. They love to live to work because they want to create a change in the society.  People actually have a misconception that successful entrepreneurs are only bounded by the thoughts of extreme profit. Yes, profit is a reason. But, that is not the only reason. It is just one of the reasons. The real success comes if an entrepreneur is willing to take new challenges, risks and create something in the society that had earlier not existed. They want their business organizations to be known for being unique, out of the box and most importantly to be known for creating a difference that impacts the society positively. People never thought that they shall order and get the things they desire at their doorstep in a reasonable time, until online ordering and delivery platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Swiggy, Zomato and Blinkit came up. Computers to laptops, landline phones to mobiles to I pads and Tablets are all  a sign of advancement from time to time. Let me tell you these advancements have only been possible because of certain minds willing to create  a difference that gets marked in the society for generations to come. This is the real criteria for a mindset that is an absolute necessity leading to absolutely invincible entrepreneurs.   
2. They actually hate procrastination. They never want to keep things pending. Entrepreneurship is a platform of cut throat competition. If you keep things pending, take late decisions and have the habit of doing things just at the last moment, it is really difficult to sustain as a successful entrepreneur. If an entrepreneur starts procrastinating, the competitors will easily topple him and move ahead. So, procrastination is the biggest reason for the downfall of an Entrepreneur. If you really hate procrastination, are willing to take important decisions as well as execute them at the right time, hate wasting a single second enabling your competitor move ahead of you, Entrepreneurship is apt for you. In simple words, you have that mindset which is the absolute necessity leading to absolutely invincible entrepreneurs.
3. An Entrepreneurial mindset is always action oriented. They are solution seekers, not problem finders. There are two categories of people. First category belongs to people who keep discussing their problems and continuously complain about them. They only keep cursing their luck, keep blaming themselves as to why it only happens with them. The Second category belongs to those who seek solutions, instead of complaining and discussing about problems. Instead of blabbering about problems, they immediately focus their minds towards the necessary actions that can be taken to solve the problem. Without an inch of doubt, it is the second category, not the first, that possesses entrepreneurial mindset, which actually is the Absolute necessity leading to Absolutely Invincible Entrepreneurs.
4. They understand the real worth of money. They shall not even let their 1 rupee get wasted, without earning a reasonable return from it. This characteristic can be well understood observing the attitudes of various people involved in a course, say a Martial Arts Course. Majority of them tend to get satisfied after crossing some levels and reaching a particular belt. They do not have the energy, the mindset to exert themselves further to cross the final stage. On the contrary, the people who do not get satisfied till they cross the final stage to claim a Black Belt are the ones with entrepreneurial mindset. These people understand the importance of the full course as per the entire money spent on it. Their mindset shall never allow them to leave the course halfway, taking a backseat in the midst of the course. They shall not be satisfied, till they earn the benefit of each and every paisa spent on the Martial Arts Course. They sense that aura of satisfaction, only after crossing the final stage and getting the Black Belt. This is what separates a business mindset, which actually is the absolute necessity leading to absolutely invincible entrepreneurs.
5. The final and the most essential criteria of an Entrepreneurial mindset is that they literally hate working for someone else, under someone else. They may initially start their careers opting for service, for a living. But, after a certain period of time, they are bound to get exhausted and feel like being trapped in a cage. They feel that the idea stored in their minds, that is worth creating a difference in the society cannot be executed being in a particular job designation with fixed number of powers. So, in order to give their ideas a shape, to enable their dreams see the reality, they quit their job and start their own enterprise. Many entrepreneurs initially work in an organization, just to get a practical hands on experience of the field they are opting for, to open their business . They only work till the time they feel it is required to learn the game. They do not continue after that, because the entrepreneurial hate of working under someone gains dominance in their Subconscious minds. So, they then move forward creating their own organizations.

          “It is Better to rule in Hell, than serve in Heaven.”

          These lines come from John Milton’s epic poem “Paradise Lost” published in 1667, which clearly relate to the mind of entrepreneurs who express their defiance in serving, even be it in Heaven under God’s rule. It expresses the extreme desire of these people for self-determination and independence without submission to a higher authority. Even in the worst troublesome situations similar to hell, they shall love establishing their own setups to give their ideas a shape, without submitting themselves to someone.
