The Site, “Create your destiny yourself” has been created by three of us, with the sole purpose of sharing our knowledge and experiences related to our Mind, which actually is the game changer for all of us. Without an inch of overstatement, I shall say that mind is the real destiny maker for all of us, depending on how we invest our time and energy training it.

All three of us are in different fields, and have had our own share of ups and downs. However, this experience of ups and downs has made us vividly realise what the power of mind is. I can very much assure you friends, that our in depth study and experiences in this field can really help create a positive everlasting change in the society.

                                GAURAV BANERJEE

                Hello, this is Gaurav Banerjee. I have pursued my MBA in marketing and have worked in companies like NITCO and SBI Life in the fields of Marketing and Business Strategy respectively. My professional experience of working with so many people in these two companies have really helped me understand the practical scenarios, where the mind is affected positively as well as negatively, depending upon circumstances. Thanks to the field of marketing, my communication with people from diverse fields has helped me understand the human mind pragmatically.

I am a first degree holder of Reiki, a type of energy healing. As per Reiki theory, energy stagnates in the body, where there has been physical injury or emotional pain. So, through Reiki, we heal the specified point of injury, where the energy starts flowing smoothly, freely and heals the point of injury. Reiki works for the healer when he/she has full belief on the energy healing, where mind plays a dominant role.

So, in this series, I shall present my articles, relating to my study and experiences with the mind. Welcome to our series called “Create your destiny yourself”.

Hi, I am Sheila Vishwanath a L&D and Talent Management professional with over 20 years of work

experience. “Leadership lessons from Nursery Rhymes” was a series of short articles that I published

on the public platform that garnered a lot of attention. If mythology, sports, movies etc can serve as

an inspiration for leadership then why not nursery rhymes I thought, and that is what led me to

write the series.

Having read thus far you must have gathered that I am an insanely passionate L& D professional. I

have this uncanny ability of looking at things, people, events and sometimes even creatures around

me and decoding leadership & behavioural lessons. Having trained over 40,000 professionals so far,

no prizes for guessing that I speak for a living. It gives me my bread and butter.

I am an equally avid writer and normally write short form content for various online platforms. My

articles in print have been published in the Hitvada Newspaper. In this blog I write about the mind

and its uniqueness. Addressing various dimensions like Why? When? Where? Who? What? How of

the mind. With each article the attempt is to take you closer to what you are seeking. (And also earn
